📋 What You'll Be Able to Try

Once live, the demo will let you walk through a complete international trade workflow in this order:

1. System configuration: set up company information, logo, and other basics
2. Customers & products: add customers and products to prepare for quotations
3. Inquiries & quotations: create an inquiry, generate a quotation, download the PDF
4. Orders: create an order from a quotation
5. Job sheets: generate a job sheet for the order and assign suppliers
6. Purchase orders: generate purchase orders from the job sheet, grouped by supplier
7. Receiving: record goods receiving, with accounts payable generated automatically
8. Shipping: create an outbound shipment, generate the Commercial Invoice and Packing List
9. Finance: review accounts receivable/payable, payment records, and reports

💡 Notes

• The demo environment's data will be reset periodically — please don't enter real business data once it's live
• All features will match the production version; only the data will be separate
